Shipping Details

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. (An order placed on Friday would be shipped on Monday.) Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Usually we ship the order within 2 business days. We will notify you if there is an issue when filling your order. Shipping charges are based on your order's weight, destination and shipping service. Please be aware that regular ground shipping time is not guaranteed. Also not all Backgrounds, Muslin or Canvas, may be available for immediate shipping. For rush orders or express air shipping please contact us, we will do our best to meet your needs.

RUSH ORDER


Just let us know the date of your shooting and we'll always do our best to meet your deadline. Give us a call to make arrangements - for orders placed in the morning we can ship those items in stock the same day.

During peak seasons there may be up to a five day delay shipping orders. For rush requests, please call us.
 Express air shipping cost will apply when necessary.

Return Policy

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and must be returned to our warehouse within 20 days of receiving the RMA#.



To initiate a return, please call us for an RMA number. We may ask you provide photo(s) to describe the problem(s). If it is the wrong backdrop or significantly different as the image shown, we will issue call tag to recall it back and send replacement or issue refund. If it is the right item we sent, for some reason you don't like or change your mind. You need to return it at your own expense within 7 days with tracking information. a 20% restocking fee may apply for backdrops and props.



Please return the item with the RMA number clearly identified, in large print, on the outside of the package and also taped to the item. Packages received without the RMA on the outside of the package will be refused.


FULL CREDIT LESS SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE ISSUED THROUGH AUTHORIZE.NET TO THE ACCOUNT CHARGED FOR THE PURCHASE AS PER BUYER’S REQUEST. SHIPPING COSTS CANNOT BE REFUNDED. REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE WE RECEIVED THE RETURN. THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL NON-USE NEW CONDITION FOR FULL CREDIT. OR WE CAN ISSUE STORE CREDIT OR SEND REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM, SEASONAL BACKDROPS.

Backorder Policy

Usually we ship the order within 2 business days. But for certain popular items and on peak season, there maybe some high demand items backordered.

We will notify you if there is an issue when filling your order and let you know the backorder time. Normally for backdrop the back order time frame will be between 10~15 business days. You reserve the right to cancel the order if we cannot meet your needs by certain date. Also not all Backgrounds, Muslin or Canvas, may be available for immediate shipping. Damaged Goods Policy

If you find the item get damaged when you receive the order. Please contact immediately to describe the situation with supporting picture (through email). We will figure out if it is the product defective or damaged during transportation. If it is the product problem, we will send out the replacement immediately once we see the supporting picture. If it is caused by carrier during transportation, we will submit a claim with carrier. Please keep the original packing for 10 business days for possible carrier inspection.

We will send you the replacement within 3 business days if the item is in stock.
